Donna McKenzie, a two term member of the School Committee. is a dedicated advocate for equity, inclusion, and excellence in education. With a longstanding commitment to supporting all marginalized communities, she has been a steadfast leader in the fight against antisemitism, racism, homophobia, and transphobia. She believes every student deserves to feel safe, valued, and empowered in Natick’s schools.

As a member of the School Committee, Donna will:

Champion Inclusive Policies – Ensure that Natick’s schools actively support ALL students, regardless of race, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation, can thrive.

Strength Efforts – Advocate for comprehensive policies and training to combat hate and bias in our schools, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for every child.

Promote Culturally Responsive Education – Expand curriculum and programs that reflect the diverse histories, identities, and experiences of all students and families in our community.

Support Mental Health & Wellness – Prioritize resources that address the well-being of students, particularly those from historically marginalized groups who may face additional challenges.

Engage the Community – Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and students to create a school system that is welcoming and equitable for all.

Donna McKenzie believes that when we stand up for all students, we build a stronger, more inclusive future. Vote for Donna to ensure that Natick’s schools remain a place where every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Her service includes:elected Town Meeting Member, Charter and Bylaw Review Committee, Black Lives Belong, Advisory Committee for Natick Service Council, and EcoNatick. She has served the School Committee as a clerk and chair of the Policy Subcommittee. She is an award winnning teacher and a Glamour Magazine Top Ten Workng Woman of the Year.
